Hort Sant Patrici Cheese
Very linked to the culinary and pastry tradition of the island of Menorca. Milk product resulting from the milk serum obtained during the elaboration of the Mahón-Menorca cheese; forming a buttery mass of soft consistency and white color. Because it does not have maturation its percentage in water is very high and its contribution of fats is lower than in the rest of the cheeses.
Presentation formats: heat-sealed tubs of 1 kg.
Our fresh cheese is elaborated in a traditional way based on pasteurized cow’s milk. Prepared without additives or preservatives it is very smooth in taste. Its color is intense white without developed a rind. Intense memories of fresh milk. Soft texture and very elastic.
Presentation format: whole pieces (3.9 kg aprox.), Or portions in quarter or twelfth of a piece. Vacuum packed.
